With her famed quirky fashion sense and eclectic style, the cover for Lady Gaga's new single Dope is predictably bizarre. 
The star poses in an enormous boxy double breasted jacket, black hat and scarf tied around her eyes. Her wide open mouth shows a bizarre grille in her teeth, making them look oversized.
The jacket is cropped at the waist and the 27-year-old singer also sports black underwear with mysterious bruises around the crotch area.

The outfit is completed with the addiction of what appears to be one black leather over-the-knee boot.
The enormous boxy jacket appeared to be inspired by the cover of Talking Heads album Stop Making Sense.
The star revealed via her Twitter account that her new single will be released on November 4.
It also features on her forthcoming new album ARTPOP.
'Dope will be available 12:01am local time Nov 4th,' she wrote. 'Final song available for purchase before ARTPOP release Nov 11.'
Gaga has recently been in London to promote ARTPOP where she has been seen in a series of typically eccentric outfits.

Chris Brown voluntarily enters rehab 'for anger management issues' after being arrested for assault

Just two days after he was arrested for allegedly punching a man and breaking his nose, Chris Brown entered rehab on Tuesday evening.
His representative confirmed the news to E! on Tuesday evening in a statement.
‘Chris Brown has elected to enter a rehab facility,’ the statement read. ‘His goal is to gain focus and insight into his past and recent behaviour, enabling him to continue the pursuit of his life and his career from a healthier vantage point.’

Rehab: Just two days after he was arrested for allegedly punching a man and breaking his nose, Chris Brown entered rehab on Tuesday evening

This comes the very day after Chris had his assault charge reduced from a felony to a misdemeanour following his arrest on Sunday in Washington, D.C.
According to TMZ, Brown pleaded not guilty and was released from custody without bail, and he was pictured smiling as he left court on Monday.
Brown was expected to co-headline a concert with girl band Danity Kane at the Roseland Ballroom in New York City on Tuesday night, but he cancelled the gig ahead of checking into rehab.
Earlier on Tuesday, the star posted a cryptic tweet which read: 'In order to go where u have never gone u have to be willing to go where u never been!!!! #OHB! CBE!'
While no other official details of Chris's rehab stay have been revealed, TMZ reports he has checked into a facility 'in the vicinity of Los Angeles'.
The website states Chris' attorney Mark Geragos brought him to the treatment centre, along with his mother and girlfriend Karrueche Tran,  where he will allegedly undergo treatment for 'anger management issues'.
Karrueche has not spoken out about her boyfriend's decision to enter the facility, but she did post a picture of pair kissing on her Instagram account with the caption, 'Always & Forever'.

A British man has been charged with hacking into the computer systems of the US army, Nasa and other federal agencies.
The 28-year-old, named as Lauri Love from Suffolk, was arrested by officers from the National Crime Agency (NCA) under the Computer Misuse Act (CMA). He has been released on police bail until next February.
Love and his partners stole information about government employees, including military service members, by hacking into government networks and leaving behind 'back doors'.

NCA spokesman Andy Archibald said: 'This arrest is the culmination of close joint working by the NCA, Police Scotland and our international partners.
'Cyber-criminals should be aware that no matter where in the world you commit cyber crime, even from remote places, you can and will be identified and held accountable for your actions.
'The NCA has well-developed law enforcement alliances globally and we will pursue and deal robustly with cyber-criminals.'

Under the CMA, individuals can be arrested for launching attacks from within the UK against computers anywhere in the world.
Love is believed to have lived in the Stradishall and Lowestoft areas. Neither of his co-conspirators have been charged in connection with the hacking.
An indictment served in a US court included pieces of instant message conversations that Love allegedly had with his partners.
They used well-known IRC chat rooms to communicate with Love identifying himself online variously as: nsh, route and peace.

Enjoyed in equal measure by indie-loving teens and fans of heritage rock acts like Fleetwood Mac and Bruce Springsteen, Montreal seven-piece Arcade Fire have spent the past decade stealthily becoming one of the biggest groups in the world.
Now, with an unexpected sidestep, the Canadians are using this fourth album to charge towards the dance floor.
Working alongside New York DJ and musician James Murphy, they have come up with a rip-roaring double album that mixes electronic beats, carnival rhythms and full-tilt rock ‘n’ roll.

Arcade Fire's Reflektor should push the band even further into the upper echelons of rock's big league

Arcade Fire made Reflektor in total secrecy. The band’s central husband and wife team, Win Butler and Régine Chassagne, spent some time in Haiti (Chassagne’s parents were Haitian émigrés) and the trip seems to have given them a fresh perspective.
The sprawling outfit have always played unorthodox instruments, with songs built around shimmering violins, accordions and xylophones.
Now, however, the even more exotic sounds of Jamaican steel drums (on Here Comes The Night Time) and Haitian percussion (on After Life) have been added to the palate.
The title track, which opens CD1 amid a flurry of bongos and shuffling rhythms, announces the more danceable mood. With Butler’s edgy male vocals accompanied by his wife’s softer tones, the pair are joined by guest David Bowie, who slips into his Young Americans guise on a soulful cameo.
The influence of The Thin White Duke is evident elsewhere, too. We Exist is a languid exercise in 1980s pop that recalls Bowie’s Let’s Dance, all silky harmonies and driving rhythms. It’s Never Over, with its nagging guitar and layered vocals, is a throwback to the same era.
But, with Coldplay producer Markus Dravs also contributing, the band have not abandoned their indie-rock roots entirely. Joan Of Arc is a glam-influenced stomp featuring plenty of Muse-like melodrama, while You Already Know, a track introduced by the voice of Jonathan Ross, is a more familiar folk-rock workout, albeit one with a potent rhythmic bounce.

Telling the publication she is 'very excited to unleash' her latest baby to the world, the ever-optimistic star admitted she doesn't think 'the idea that light always wins over the darkness' is 'cheesy'.

Recalling how Prism came to life, Perry revealed she spent plenty of productive time in the studio in Santa Barbara with Bonnie McKee, Dr Luke and Cirkut, before retreating to Stockholm, Sweden where she recorded with Max Martin, Bloodshy and Klas Ahlund of Teddybears.

It was during her time in Sweden that she wrote three additional songs for the album she had already deemed complete.

REVEALED! Stella Oduah Got N112m Bribe for the N255m Cars

As the minister of aviation began a new spin today that the two BMW armored cars purchased by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) for her use were done on "hire-purchase", Sahara Reporters has again unearthed new details about the $1.6 million spent by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority to purchase the armored BMW cars for Mrs Stella Oduah.

A highly reliable source has told SaharaReporters that the shady deal for the car was done entirely between Coscharis Motors Limited, one of Ms. Oduah’s private firms based in Abuja and First Bank of Nigeria.

"The NCAA was not even aware of the deal until the minister told them to sign that they had received two BMW cars," said our source.

After inking the deal, Coscharis Motors, sellers of the highly inflated automobiles, reportedly gave the Aviation Minister more than N112 million as kickbacks. Our source added that Cosmas Maduka, who owns Coscharis Motors, pocked N60 million for each of the two BMW cars.

An official at the NCAA corroborated the information that the agency was largely kept in the dark about the transaction. “We were never privy to the transaction and had not seen the cars even though our head of transport was made to sign the delivery note,” said the source.

The source added that the agency has still not seen the cars even after the scandal escalated.

U.S economists upbeat on economic growth despite uncertainty over next Washington shutdown and rising oil prices

Despite political and fiscal uncertainty in Washington and rising oil prices and interest rates, companies are upbeat on the prospects for economic growth in the next year, according to a quarterly survey of business economists.
But economists surveyed by the National Association for Business Economics weren't as optimistic about hiring, according to the survey released Monday.
Only 27 percent reported rising employment at their firms from July through September, down from 29 percent in the second quarter.

Optimistic: Despite the brinkmanship of the Washington D.C. federal shutdown - most companies are upbeat on the prospects for economic growth in the next year

And 37 percent expected their companies to expand payrolls in the next six months, down from 39 percent in the second quarter.
The slower hiring occurred even as sales and profit margins grew during the third quarter, according to the survey.
Still, optimism about future economic growth remained strong last quarter.
Almost 70 percent of the economists in the survey predicted gross domestic product growth of 2-to-3 percent, with another 19 percent expecting growth of 1-to-2 percent.

Chris was seen wearing a black hoodie from PharrellWilliams' Billionaire Boys Club clothing line.

'I had So much fun at Halloween Horror Nights,' Brown later tweeted to his 13.1 million followers.

The notorious R&B star also shared a YouTube video featuring snippets of Something Special and Sex You Up from his upcoming album, X.

He then asks Redfoo if he has anything in his pockets, at which point the eccentric star rips off his shorts, which unsurprisingly are also animal print.

The three women are part of Miley's performing entourage, which has been hitting the talk show circuit to promote the singer's latest album, Bangerz.
